Cinturion is a global telecommunications company leading the development of the TEAS (Trans-Europe Asia System) Project — a groundbreaking initiative to deploy dual-route submarine and terrestrial fiber optic cables connecting India to Europe, spanning 3 continents and 12 countries. The project, estimated at $1 billion, will establish Israel as a pivotal global interconnection hub, bridging East and West.
The TEAS Fiber Optic Network
The TEAS system consists of two high-capacity submarine and terrestrial cable routes, designed to deliver fast, secure, and high-performance connectivity:
- Med North Route – A combination of submarine and terrestrial fiber spanning Italy, Israel, Jordan, the Gulf States, and India.
- Med South Route – A primarily submarine route connecting France, the Mediterranean, Israel, the Red Sea, and India.
The TEAS Project is set to transform global internet connectivity, providing faster, more reliable cross-border communications while reinforcing Israel’s economic and geopolitical position as a key data corridor between continents.
